The fog light wasn’t replaced I ask for the alignment to be checked out and it was never done. I had to tape the bumper up to drive it and the cap residue was never cleaned up. The pumper pain did come out good. Everyone was nice and they told me they were going to order the part to replace the fog light but I haven heard anything yet. It wasn’t done correctly the first time so it’s hard to trust that it will be made right.

Parts were not ordered for my scheduled date of repair , one day repair turned into over two weeks . Very little communication and even got some attitude from L J when I called for an update . Vehicle looks fine but worse repair experience I have had to date .
