I was satisfied with the overall repair but was not satisfied on how long it took to get my vehicle back.due to njm. I was told that njm wanted to try and repair my quarter panel instead of just ordering a new one,even though it was obviously unrepairable. Which in turn prolonged the time away from my vehicle. I was very dissatisfied with that decision.

They did an excellent job on the repair. I had only had my new 2023 vehicle for about a month when this occurred. I was concerned that the repairs may not be done properly but I was assured they would be. I am very pleased with the results.

Both bushings on the new tailgate were not screwed in all the way. This was causing the tailgate not to close unless it was slammed shut. After a few days I was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem, but it should never have been a problem to begin with because the bushings should have been screwed in properly. The orange peel on the new paint is significantly worse than the factory paint job, which makes it noticeable that the tailgate was replaced. Given these two issues, a 7/10 makes sense.
