My car is incomplete the rim around my tire that was a part of the reassembly came off while I was driving home in the middle of the night

I felt like I was not informed correctly on the parts that were needed. How long it was going to take for my car to? Get fixed and having to go an entire holiday weekend without a vehicle. It went from ready for pickup on Thursday to Friday to Tuesday. Then Wednesday it still wasn't complete. The communication could have been better

Something pointy was poking out of seat where you sit on both sides. Bought back. I picked up after they were closed which they probably had me do on purpose because they didn't fix the other side. I now have to call tomorrow for another "come back " and they refused to allow me a courtesy car since this is their error.

Kathy is not nice at all. I stopped in to schedule an appt in person and to show the people why I needed a "come back" and she says to me after I said I am here to schedule an appt and would like to show someone what's wrong. Her reply was do you have an appt? I said I didn't know I needed an appt to come here to make an appt.
