I found a small ding that was not addressed and they immediately remediated the issue. However, I see an additional fee for it and I don’t agree with an extra cost for an issue that should’ve been addressed

The repair that was done on my car was very well done. The only this is that I had to report my military vest missing from my car. My trunk was not being repaired and for some reason a worker enter my trunk and took that item out of my vehicle. It is a shame because my car usually comes to this specific RK center when it needs to get repaired, it would be a shame for me to have to look somewhere else because of this incident.

Paint has significant orange peel on the driver side and hood. Driver side door has rippling. Interior and windows are covered in sanding dust. Still finger writing on the windows that someone drew on the interior windows.

Very unhappy with the final outcome. Paint has very bad orange peel and the interior completely dirty with sanding dust from sanding panels. Even to the point my rear driver side window someone wrote in the dust “Need Part”. This is an unacceptable way to turn a vehicle over to a customer. It appears there was no Final QA check done on my vehicle.

My experience was good but I noticed that mileage sign doesn’t show how full my oil is . It doesn’t display it .
