Kept my car over 6 wks. Never called me as to status or what was the delay. I had to call them x 3. Claimed waiting for parts. Meantime was left without rental since rental exceeded insurance maximum . Honestly, will consider another auto shop if needed in the future.

2nd time I’ve used Rk for this car. Both times the car was not acceptable at pick up. First time also crooked parts, runs in the paint. This time explained already. Both times, managers agreed to the obvious issues. Sent pictures to manager 1st time. Have pics of this time but didn’t send as Rom saw it and agreed the hood was crooked.

No communication, hood crooked when came to pick 1st time. 2nd time came to pick up bolts laying on windshield on top of wiper. Paint on bumper is not blended. Headlights are not aligned.

Estimator was very nice and professional. 1st time I came to pick up shop was closed but caught Tom as he was leaving by chance. Very professional. Agreed that hood was crooked and promised to have it resolved next morning. 2nd time I came to pick up bolts were on hood. Shop was closed. Talked to sales manager on duty, forget his name. Not very nice and understanding of my complaint. Came out and checked hood best he could to ensure safety. Not a good feeing picking ur car up from the shop and finding bolts lying on it still.
