Two factors kept me from higher rating. I had a second ocurrance within ~250 miles of repair. Unexpected & causing further disruption to vaca plans. Did not like that Mark chose not to give actual update of progress after ~ 7-8 days elapsed. Vaugue answers are very frustrating!

Both Mark & Jason attentive, excellent except did feel gender was a factor to not being updated on progress after knew parts delivered. Mark worked hard right away to work thru parts aquisition.
