I was a little upset when I finally got in my vehicle . I did not see it right away, my boyfriend drove from your shop to the car rental place for me. Once I was able to get in my car I notice that The stuffed animals that I had on my dash for the last 2 1/2 years in honor of my granddaughter who passed away at the age of 17 months old was messed with, one was all the way on the passenger side of the dash and the other one was GONE ! I’m VERY upset about this . That wasn’t the only thing my appointment cards were spread out like one by one across my dash by the speedometer. They were in one single pile in the middle of the three ( the speedometer one ) they don’t move on their own. You don’t have to move them to get a pic of the odometer, which you already took the day of estimate. I’m very confused why anyone had to move my stuff around and why my dead granddaughter’s stuffed animals had to be messed with and now one is missing. I know for a fact they both were there , always are they don’t move . It’s just heartbreaking to know it was messed with when the damage was on the outside of the car in the back . Why was there a need to mess with any of my personal stuff? I’ve never had a problem there and now something as important as this is to me is messed with and is missing. It may be simple and sound simple to you , but losing a granddaughter at 17 months is nothing simple ! Very heartbreaking 💔 As for the repairs which I know that’s all you care about, it’s fine .

It was finished quickly and efficiently and looked fantastic. Everything was made super easy, the guys handled everything after I reported the accident to the at fault person's insurance, and all in all they made a crappy situation much easier.
