I have no complaints at all. I’m satisfied with the work that caliber collision staff has done on my vehicle. This is my third time bringing my car there for repairs and each time I get it back in perfect condition. The staff are friendly and keep me updated throughout the process, which I appreciate.

I have only had 2 experiences with Caliber Collision which I guess is a GOOD thing however, on both events they have been EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS ABSOLUTELY READY and Wiling to get my vehicle towed to them IMMEDIATELY so that the estimate can be taken and completed immediately so that I could get my car fixed so that I don’t run over my 30 day time bracket with my loaner car through my car insurance! They are very understanding and, helpful and they will bend over backwards to do anything to help you get your vehicle as promised! My vehicle finally reached them after my insurance company fooled around they did the estimate the very day they received it! That very next morning, They already started working on it and the mechanic Trey said if the parts all came In my car would be returned to me by the end of the week of July 31st and sure enough they kept me posted by text messages the whole entire process and there was no guessing game with them! I picked my car up as promised today July 31st! It was even hand washed, cleaned and vacuumed inside! WOW! How nice was that when the work done to it had nothing to do with the interior at all? Also, One more thing, the receptionist Ashley she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you and is as FRIENDLY as can be! As far as I am concerned Caliber Collision will ALWAYS continue to get my work if needed! I will not only give them a 5 star review in my opinion tbey deserve a 10 star review!! THANKS TO EVERYONE AT CALIBER!! YOU ARE AMAZING and I APPRECIATE YOU!ll

Car wasn’t suppose to be repaired theee for starters. I went to tell them it was just getting an estimate and the front desk lady must have slipped the work order/ repair order in front of me to sign. Then they cracked my front bumper on the opposite side of the original damage and didn’t want to fix it or take responsibility for it until I told them I was calling someone about it. Finally got the car back and the side repairs the second time was absolutely unacceptable paint work. Their quality of work is simply no good! I have pictures of before and after it’s actually sickening. 2015 Chevy ss sedan. (30,000 dollar used car)
