R&R Auto Body is a family owned and operated, 3rd generation, company that has been serving the Greater Cleveland area since 1974. Founded by Ron and Kay Roemer, R&R went from a small shop on the west side of Cleveland to one of the largest independently owned in the Greater Cleveland area. Even though the shop has grown in size, it has never lost the personal touch with each customer that comes through the door. Now Ron's sons Dave, Joe, and Mike, along with grandson Daniel, continue the tradition that they learned from Ron and Kay to carry on the business into the future

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful the two times I interacted with her. Handled the rental car company for me. Daniel took me around my car after the repairs and made sure I didn’t have any questions.

Would've been a 10 if R&R would've noticed the scratch on the hood which was part of the collision before I noticed it. It wasn't caught during inspection, taking the front bumper off, putting the new one on, or the painting process. This added an additional day to the process, me driving 30 minutes there and back 2 days in a row. Other than that, great job!
