Excellent customer service. Tracey went above and beyond the job required when he discovered a leak in the back tailgate. He asked if I ever noticed it before and then investigated the cause. He went out of his way to dry out the carpet and blow out the back gasket area. Most other places would tell me to take it to the dealer. I appreciate his diligence.
