Our vehicle took over 56 days and it was definitely not attended as needed. It was like we where not as important. Staff never return call and Chris in particular seemed overwhelmed all the time.. Never had the time to give. Even after 50 plus days of waiting for our car. Communication was horrible and things got left out when fixing car. its like we where an inconvenience

My vehicle was there because of the necessary repairs almost 5 weeks. They went beyond what they had to do to get it back to me. I did start receiving more updates as the repairs started getting move along. These reasons are why I'm giving it a 10 rating.
