I picked up my vehicle from your facility today for the fourth time, and I am extremely disappointed to find that there are still white streaks on the passenger-side door that have not been removed. While they are lighter than they were previously, they are still clearly visible. The overspray spots are also still present. When I dropped the vehicle off a few days ago, the manager who met with me specifically stated that the marks appeared to be “acid marks from when they worked on it.” If that is in fact what caused the damage, I expect your company to properly address it—not simply reduce its appearance with a quick buffing and car wash. I also noticed several additional issues with the work performed: The driver-side door pillar was improperly and unprofessionally polished, while the corresponding passenger-side trim was left untouched. I found the passenger-side mirror sail panel partially popped out, and I had to push it back into place myself. The white streaking on the passenger-side door remains. I also found some type of residue, substance, or marks on the passenger-side door handle. What exactly is going on with the work being performed on my vehicle? At this point, I am finding new issues every single time I get my vehicle back. I am honestly at a loss for words. I want to make it clear that the customer service I have received from your employees has been good. Unfortunately, the quality and attention to detail of the actual repair work has been nothing short of unacceptable. I understand that my vehicle is six years old. However, I did not bring it to a professional collision repair facility expecting the condition of my vehicle's paint, trim, bumper, and other components to be made worse by the repair process. I certainly did not expect to have to return my vehicle four separate times, continue identifying obvious defects, and then discover additional problems immediately after picking it up. I have given your company multiple opportunities to correct these issues. After four visits, I should not be finding new problems with my vehicle the moment I get it back. At this point, I genuinely do not know what else I am supposed to do. You left my bumper popped out. You left my mirror sail panel popped out. You have apparently damaged my paint. You applied some type of polish or compound to my driver-side pillar making it look awful, while completely neglecting the corresponding passenger-side trim. And I have to ask: Why was the driver's-side pillar being polished in the first place when that was not even the area where the alleged acid/chemical overspray occurred? If your technicians were addressing the paint issue, why was the actual affected area not properly corrected? Are your technicians simply in such a rush to get my vehicle out of the shop that they are not taking the time to properly inspect their work before returning the vehicle to the customer? At this point, this is no longer about one isolated issue. It is the pattern of problems, repeated trips back to your facility, and the continued lack of attention to detail that has become unacceptable. After four attempts, I should not have to keep finding your technicians' mistakes for you.

John did a fantastic job on the repairs. Jamie was extremely helpful with any questions I may have had. Kathryn did a great job updating me on the status of the repairs. Noelle got us in quickly which was really nice. I will always use Caliber and recommend them to anyone I know. Five stars for sure.
