Kathryn was an amazing representative and walked me through the process step by step. She also provided updates at least twice a week. The Caliber staff was friendly and very responsive.

Great experience, would definitely use Caliber again. For me customer service is essential and the staff at both locations I dealt with did a excellent job answering my questions and keeping me informed on my car. The staff at the crossings CT location we're very friendly through the whole process scheduling to estimate to getting my vehicle checked in my car got transferred to the Lafayette shop to help speed up my repair time they were A+ with communication and keeping me informed of the repair process. All in all extremely happy the car looked new so the repair team obviously did a great job as well
