The repair was delayed because the initial bumper size ordered was incorrect. Because of this timeline extension, I incurred extra rental car expenses. Given that the delay was due to part sizing, I am requesting that the shop cover or reimburse these additional rental costs, as the $500 deductible is already a significant financial burden.

Chris was amazing from beginning to end. He did such a great job keeping me in the loop, called every Tuesday and Thursday even when there was no new info. Fantastic customer service and when the repairs weren't quite right, he jumped right in to get that rolling too. My car looks perfect now too so win win!

All employees were super nice and helpful. The ONLY concern or “issue” I had is that my front bumper was not buffed. There are still a couple of areas that should have been buffed out, but the technician that went over my car with me was very nice and said that I could bring it back to have that happen… I just wish it would have been done prior to me picking it up

They never kept me informed. Work was quoted as 3 weeks and took 6 weeks. Hoid is rattling and dented. Plus, other issues with car I was not informed about.
