Wire loom grommet on left side left out of hole where it attached to the body creating a large water leak in the cabin this weekend during the rain. It was easily enough to repair the water leak without taking it back to have them install what was missed.

Caliber Collision made an unfortunate accident easy to deal with. I was notified the progress of my vehicle repair over multiple days and they worked with the rental car company to have a car delivered to me and I could also drop off there. No going back and forth to two different places.

The job was done in a timely manner. There was apparently a defect in the headlamp and have been advised new one will be installed. Appreciate the promptness in this matter, which was no fault of Caliber. Everyone was friendly and nice to work with.
