Good evening. Overall our experience with Crash Champions was absolutely amazing and we are so thankful for all of your hard work! The only concern I have is that the tire pressure light was on when we got home, and when I checked the pressure the right rear passenger tire was only at 17 psi. That is the wheel that was part of the repair. Luckily I have an air compressor and was able to fill the tire but it’s a bit frustrating that I drove home with such low tire pressure. Again, thank you for everything. I just wanted to make you aware of this one small issue.

The Crash Champions in Fredericksburg is a convenient location and Josh and staff were very easy to work with. Communication and updates about my repair progress was very consistent. Job completed in a week. I am pleased with the results. I recommend this body shop if you need one!
