The repair job was 100% from the second I walked in the door, until I drove away in my car 11 days later. I appreciated the text messages keeping me updates. I love that all of the staff answered my many questions. They were just as wonderful as I had heard they were.

everything was great except for notifying me when my vehicle was ready. I had to find out through an automatic email and then they call me once i responded to the email asking if it was ready and kinda felt attitude from a female and said i would be contacted once someone came back from lunch and never was. so i called back and they said i was already notified. need better coordination on that part but everything else was fine.
