My exhaust sounds weak as hell. There was over 100 miles put on after I dropped it off. Check yr camera's for footage, or cover for it. Weird things that I am not happy with. My exhaust even sounds different. And you did a complimentary oil change, when I recently had it done. How did you know what I put in in it? Don't like that statement.

Accountability would be greatly appreciated as to why it took 7 weeks to repair my vehicle and not just blaming progressive adjuster when the approval for up to 14k was completed 2 weeks after having my vehicle in the shop and the 2nd supplement was only estimated at $9700 total after you guys had assessed under the bumper for additional damage, stating you would not come anywhere close to 14k. Not sure how the final cost ended up being just short of 14k, but I’m no expert.
