Only an 8 because it was done through Liberty Mutual. Since I didn't work directly with the shop, I don't know how they would normally operate. Going through another company, places are usually a little nicer and more friendly.

This is my second time bringing my car to Ravensworth even though it's completely out of the way for me. They're always willing to take my car in right away and I love the emails that include updates on the status of my car.
