I would like start off by saying that the verbal communication was awesome but the follow-up was subpar. I asked the gentlemen I was communicating with to e sure that the two new tires be placed on the front and old tires on the back. That wasn't done. My car is pulling to the right, I don't thing the alignment was done correctly. I also had to inform him as well that both tires on the right side was damaged upon reviewing the initial inspection which I was told that it would take longer for tires to arrive. It took too long for the work that was completed.

The alignment isn't right. When I hit bumps the car fill like it's fishtailing in the rear. Wasn't doing that before.
