9 Only because I had to call for status updates. It took a week longer but until I called that was unknown. The extra week was fine, better to get a good job rather than rushed poor job.

Car bumper hasn’t get completely fix, I had to take the car back to the shop because the bumper was never replace and still falling and making noises, the part was replace but the noise issue still not being fix, I am still waiting patiently for a call to schedule an appointment to finish the issues finally but I haven’t heard from anyone, seems la the operation of the shop the is not supervisor checking details before calling the Claim to return your vehicle in outstanding operational condition.

I use Ray Skillman for all of my car purchases and maintenance needs. I choose Collison because I felt I was in good hands. I did encounter an issue with quality but it was fixed. Downsized was I wasn't offered anything to make my extra trips a total success.
