They did a terrific job on the body, but when the car came back the inside lights won't come on, when the car was dropped off they worked.

The communication is great but it bordered overkill. I'd receive a text and a call in the same day. Also I was not happy when I was called that it was finished but it still had uneven pint drips and paint bubbles that I could feel. They had to keep it an extra day upon my insistance. The service person told me I could bring it back and have it corrected. That would be another couple of hours that I would have to wait for it. So I told them to keep it until it was fixed correctly. You had the car from 11/23 - 12/04. That should have been plenty of time to make sure the paint job was correct.

The repairs took almost two weeks and when it was ready, my work phone was called to leave a message even though my noted preferred number was my mobile number. My back windows control that were working before I dropped my van off were also not working after I picked up, and rather than check it when I brought the van back, I was told it could have been from the wires from the passenger back Door that were faulty. Very disappointing indeed!!!
