Rachelle was great to work with - very friendly and accommodating. The guy (I can't remember his name) that was filling in for her while she was on vacation was great too. They both kept me in the loop regarding the status of my car getting fixed. Car looked great and very clean when I picked it up. I am a happy camper and will recommend to others. :)
