If there was a 12 for customer service, I would have given a 12. In a world today where customer service has been given to chat bot that gives you options, it was great to actually interact with real people. Keep up the good work.

Ray's did such a great job fixing our Mazda after we were in a car accident (spinout on the freeway). We'd never worked with insurance like that and they were way helpful. Answered my many questions! And top notch quality care. The Mazda is as good as new and they fixed everything up right. Thank you!
