When the car was brought in for a estimate in August. A large scratch on the trunk was going to be repaired. It was not done. I said I would pay for the scratch to be repaired. Otherwise we're happy with the repairs.

Rays Auto Body is the best best best in so many ways! First, they take care of every aspect of the repair of your car…I only had to deal with them …they facilitated the contact with the tow truck to get my brand new car to their repair shop from an accident out of state; they arranged for the engine repair to be estimated and performed; they immediately got started on ordering the body parts, and kept me aware of time frames as some of the parts were back-ordered…Rays stayed in touch with my insurance company and I didn’t have to worry about anything! At first, I had a few questions about the whole process (actually more than a few) and every time I called, they patiently and professionally answered them all and gave me the reassurance I needed. The finished body work on my 2026 KIa Sportage is amazing! It’s a perfect match and you would never know that the entire front and the entire passenger front door and fender were replaced! They even made sure the clear coatings on the door and under the door handle were replaced…. Ray’s team made sure that the computerized equipment works now just as well as it did originally…and even helped me remember how all of it worked when the repair was complete, since I only had the car for 5 days before the wreck. My TOTAL experience at Rays was very easy and professional! Dixon was my main contact and he is very very knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was totally satisfied….but entire team at Rays kept me well informed and were always so kind and nice. I have had 2 other smaller auto body repairs done in the last 5 years at Rays and again, those were also finished well and and my total experience was beyond a 10 rating, so they are obviously consistent at delivering an excellent experience!!
