Everything was explained so I could understand. I felt the business was professional and competent. Some how we did miscommunicate on the time frame. When I called to check if repairs were done after a week, I was told they hadn't started yet because the parts hadn't arrived. I had previously asked it we needed to wait for parts to arrive before bringing in the vehicle. I was told it wouldn't be a problem and was given a drop off time about a week later. I was without my vehicle for 3 weeks which was rather inconvenient.
