Our car looked like it did when we purchased it new from the dealership. Impressed by the quality of the repair. The car was nicely detailed inside and out. Tony was great and took the time to explain necessary repairs throughout the process. The front desk was always quick to pick up and answer any questions I had. Job well done! Thanks for caring about the end result and taking care of my vehicle the way you did. Would definitely recommend shop.

Ray's automotive shop was an extremely positive experience from beginning to end. Instead of being matter of fact & no frills business like, they were warm & friendly. They gave me the facts I needed to know with a smile & did not make me feel rushed & kept in touch with me through out the process of fixing my car. When I came to pick up my car I was pleasantly shocked & surprised. I came in with a 10 year old car looking 10 years old & went home with a car that looked like a brand new car that just came off the factory assembly line! It was sparkling! The repairs were completed with attention paid to detail which makes me confident in the work done. And the detailing done to the outside of my car is above & beyond what I expected with again paying a lot of attention to detail. Plus the added perk is that they treated me with care & concern. They understood that being in an accident with my car was upsetting. In our conversation, they found out I had just lost my dog. They not only showed concern but they gave me the number of a trusted dog rescue & the name of a person who could help me find another 4 legged family member when & if I am ready to do so. I can't thank The Ray's Automotive team enough for all the professional & loving care that you gave to my car & to me. 😊

I brought my 10 year old car to Ray's Automotive in Waterbury looking 10 years old but when I picked it up 8 days later I was pleasantly shocked & surprised because my car now looked like a new 2026 car that just came off the assembly line! My 2016 Subaru Impreza was sparkling inside & out! They paid attention to every detail & went above & beyond what I was expecting. Because I have arthritis I had not vacuumed my car in at least 2 years & I have dogs & cats so there was dirt, grime, & dog & cat fur in the interior of my car. So my car was a definite challenge inside & out but when I picked up my car it looked like it did when I first bought it in 2016 off the new car lot. The repair work was impeccable. Customer Service was professional, welcoming, warm, friendly, & informative as was the employees working on my car. Customer service were sensitive to me being upset about my car & in the course of our conversation found out I had just lost my dog. And when I picked up my car they gave me a phone # of a trusted dog rescue. I was & am very appreciative. I feel that is going above & beyond. I plan on giving Ray's Automotive a lot of referrals.

Everyone at Ray's were very friendly and professional. They got back to me quickly if I had any questions. They were able to get my car in for repairs within 1 day when another recommended place couldn't take the car until April 13th. I will definitely use Ray's in the future.
