First they told me they was going to do the repairs they had the okay from the insurance adjuster then the insurance adjuster called me a couple of days later and told me that it was total but I said I want to keep the car and he said it was okay but then the body shop told me that it was total they took it apart and they wasn't going to put it back together so I went and picked up everything out of my car took the tags turn them in then the insurance company called me back and thought that I was going to take the car which I could not take the car because they told me it was total so I was really upset I felt like they ruined my life and now I'm stuck without transportation
