Original work quite was for 14 days. Total time was closer to two months. I understand that parts can end up back ordered or needing additional attention, but there was no communication along the way to help us understand why what we were told would take an additional 3 days ended up taking an additional 3 weeks. Call your customers with an update when the timeline changes. Had you made that simple phone call, my experience would've been much more positive
