The paint on the roof of my truck was eroding and rusting. Ray’ made it look brand new. The blending between roof and side panels is invisible. I will bring all my collision work to Rays.

I really have been struggling with the idea of providing any feedback but you guys keep pushing for one. My first I counter was very professional and I agreed to a quote without any push back. Though out the process I had to initiate contact for updates. Although the repairs took 2X the original quoted time frame, the workmanship was subpar. We can definitely noticed that corners were cut to complete the work. The truck was delivered with greasy fingerprins on door panes and sand like particles all over seats and center console.

The initial contact was very professional however, the completion date got pushed back three times doing those three times I’m the one that had to initiate contact with multiple phone calls only to find out that the work was not completed.
