Repairs was lengthy, even I dropped off the vehicle I was told that on Monday the vehicle would be disassembled. Vehicle dropped off Friday and not disassembled for over a week. Vehicle returned with scratches on the head lights and on the bumper below new or refurbished headlights. Trash ands cell phone charger left in the car that wasn’t there before.

The person assigned to our repair initially was great with communication, but after Ray's received the payments from my insurance company communication went downhill. We were told several times the car would be ready, the car wasn't ready. I asked to receive phone calls in regards to being able to pick up the car, was told I would get it and never did.
