If you want EXCEPTIONAL service, go to Rays collision. I had the best experience with them getting my car completely fixed! Somebody rear-ended me and instead of going through the collision company that their insurance recommended I took a gamble and it paid off IMMENSELY!! In addition to the accident damage, I had a pretty big scratch that wasn’t associated with it but they took the time to buff that out and made it look brand new! They are wonderful and a family business that made me feel like one of them! Huge shout out to Kevin and Victor with the communication and quick turn around! I’ve had multiple previous experiences with other collision places in town and Rays blew them out of the park! Thank you again to Rays collision family for all their outstanding work! I’m overjoyed with my car and experience!!!

I would highly recommend Ray’s Collision Services to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. I was hit from behind in a car accident and left with over $5,000 in out of pocket damages. Victor, the manager, understood I was not there because I wanted to be his customer, and he went above and beyond to ensure a smooth repair process and positive experience. Victor and his team were transparent, professional, and communicated every step of the way. Additionally, I had to bring my car back for a minor issue after the initial repair was complete and Victor promptly addressed the matter with no hassle. My car turned out beautiful. T J went beyond the call of duty to take good care of me and the car. I appreciated that they kept me updated with the progress as they worked on the car. I contacted Victor for a minor repair of front bumper. Quote was reasonable so he sched repair few days later. Car was finished so picked up same day. Work was completed and car was returned clean. Very satisfied and will use Ray’s in future.

This is the 3 rd time that I have used Ray’s Collision services. They did and have always done a great job! Victor provided great customer service! He is always very professional and friendly.
