Pre-repair quote was reasonable. Repair was completed in the quoted timeframe. Very nice job / looks perfect to me. Final bill was about 12% lower than the original quote. If there's a flaw in the way they run the business I didn't see it.

My experience with the team at Ray’s has made me feel like they are have a high work ethic, and they pay attention to detail. TJ explained what was being done to repair my car, and why. There were a couple times he said he would followup with me on a certain day, but then didn’t so I had to reach out for updates. Not a huge deal though since I know the holidays are a busy time for all. Victor was extremely kind and accommodating.

Was in and out with a quote to replace a tail light within 5-10 minutes. They received the part the next day and scheduled me to come in the following week to get it replaced. Went in right when they opened at 8, they replaced my tail light in about 30 minutes, and was at my desk working by 9. Smooth and efficient, would recommend.
