There were a couple times he said he would followup with me on a certain day, but then didn’t so I had to reach out for updates. Not a huge deal though since I know the holidays are a busy time for all. Victor was extremely kind and accommodating.

Was in and out with a quote to replace a tail light within 5-10 minutes. They received the part the next day and scheduled me to come in the following week to get it replaced. Went in right when they opened at 8, they replaced my tail light in about 30 minutes, and was at my desk working by 9. Smooth and efficient, would recommend.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! I brought my vehicle in for post-accident repairs, and the results were phenomenal. Later, I needed custom parts painted for my C8 Corvette, and once again, the team at Rays exceeded all expectations.
