I would put a ten for the nice and friendly workers there who were helpful and also for how beautiful my car looks! However, my car was not safe to drive when I picked it up and has been breaking down after it was repaired, plus the repair took longer than expected and I had to pay out of pocket for my rental car which was very costly. Those are the reasons that the score was lowered. However, I'm greatful for the kind and helpful workers and the beautiful appearance of my vehicle.

The repair looks beautiful and my car looks great! The only concern was after I picked up my car and was on my way to work, my car broke down and I was blocking traffic, I was getting beeped at and a police officer eventually showed up and pushed my car out of the way. I couldn't make it to work in my car. My car broke down 3 times so far after having it repaired. If you could help with this in any way, it would be appreciated

When I did receive a call, they were very informative. However, I believe they could have made more follow up calls regarding time frames. The car was at the shop for over 1 month and I believe I received 2, possibly 3 calls total.

This is my second time using Reading Collision Center to repair my vehicles and both times the service has been excellent. My most recent repair job looks fantastic but my only complaint would be that they forgot to attach the emblem on my vehicle. Im told the issue will be resolved but im still happy with the work.
