Car wasn't cleaned on inside at all. I thought that was a part of the service, especially since it was there for almost 2 weeks and now smells like a mechanic shop. Disappointed

Just few blemishes on the paint that were not visible before the damage. Compared to my first vehicle previously repaired at RC, it had an excellent paint job. It was 10/10.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Reading Collision, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. Dropping my car off was quick and stress-free, and picking it up was just as smooth. The front desk staff, especially the woman who assisted me both times, made the experience outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind answering my questions, keeping things clear, and making the whole process easy. The service itself was efficient and professional, and my vehicle looks fantastic after the body repair. I just picked up my car and there are two huge scratches on my dashboard in front of the passenger seat that were not there prior to my car being towed and it being picked up today. This had to have happened while being worked on not by the accident and not there previously. I need someone to call me to get this looked at and fixed not at my expense. 484-955-4169. Thank you.
