The front desk young lady was very helpful and always kept me up to date. The person doing the estimate was also very clear and informative on what was needed. The other staff member who brought me my van to show the work was very kind. Over all I will come back to reading collision. Thank you

I am pleased with the work done at Reading Collision. The process was relatively easy to navigate and Mike did and excellent job navigating and negotiating with the insurance companies. The repairs involved 3 sites on the vehicle which may have contributed to the length of the repair. The repair did take longer then originally discussed with the staff, however, the work completed on the vehicle was excellent. Those areas look like they are brand new. This communication with the staff was good throughout the process, but I would ask for more pro-active communication for extensions to the completion time. The time to complete was extended at least twice. This was totally fine, but I had to reach out to Reading Collision to get that info. I would absolutely use Reading Collision for future repairs and would recommend Reading Collision to friends and family without reservation.
