Repair was great! Unfortunately when my husband looked at the car, he didn't notice the NEW chip in the paint on the passenger front door that was not there when I dropped it off. Very disappointed. Now I need a paint repair pen to touch up something that wasn't on my car when I dropped it off

I made sure I did my due diligence and got several estimates for deer damage on my 2023 CRV. It was obvious when I came to Reading Collision that I was in good hands. Sara and Mike were my first contacts and they were friendly and professional. The interior of the office was clean and neat with posters showing awards for excellent body work...all good signs. Mike answered all my questions, and even pointed out damage I didn't notice. Kevin did follow up with me and helped me with my truly awful insurance company, as did Sara. My kudos to the body and paint guys in the shop -they did an outstanding job! .... "Like it never happened"

Attitude of the workers could of been little better older fellow there wasn't to nice and usually when the job done they walk you out to your car and see if you like it they didn't do that either won't be going back

Rude and nasty attitudes , One of the female workers even snatched my key out of my hands while inspecting my car. Would not recommend to family members or friends. Highly unsatisfied and felt disrespected by then.
