The repair was done well, I just wished the communication was better. I think they tried to recover the customer service once I explained my dissatisfaction, but I feel like that should have been the standard from the start.

I feel like I needed to make all the calls in order the get my vehicle in for repair. Nobody ever reached out to me once the order for work was sent from Piazza Honda. I needed to call and arrange everything.
