Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I told three different people that my repair was being paid by the other driver and not one mentioned that third party payments were not accepted until the car was ready for pickup.

horrible communication, worst experience ever, never updated auto emails and car was finished 17 business days after original estimate; cost estimate kept changing even after they told me they had taken the car apart completely for the estimate, car sat on lot for 3 weeks disassembled before repairs started and no one told me policy was to wait until all parts were delivered to shop to start repairs. WISH I HAD TAKEN CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP.

The service and work performed were great! I liked the text messages keeping me updated on the status of the car and the phone call when it would not be ready as expected. Never hit a deer before but I was helped through the process of the estimate, insurance and car rental. Thanks!
