Based on the apparent quality of the work, I would recommend Reading Collision. Since I feel quality of work is the more important aspect of this I am rating it a 7. However, based on the communication I would at least warn anyone to call and verbally confirm that the vehicle is done before they go to pick it up, and also that it may take significantly longer than the original estimate.

Quality of replacement parts, and their installation appears to be of good quality. Looks like new from the outside.

The in-person and over the phone service I received was excellent. The email notifications and apparent breakdown in communication, where I did not receive a phone call or email update, resulting in return of my rental vehicle prior to completion of repairs was quite aggravating. To be clear, the delay itself was not an issue, just the lack of communication of that delay.

Service was quick and easy and I was satisfied with the install. The time estimate to do the job was one hour. The job took 20 minutes. The labor cost should have been cut in half for installing the side mirror.
