Immediately the collision avoidance system gave errors after charging almost a 1000 to calibrate it. Someone should have tested this. Now have to take it back

I have not heard anything from anyone regarding the repairs that were made on the vehicle. The vehicle was not mines but my insurance was covering the repairs. It would've been nice to know exactly what was paid. I feel I was overcharge.

Once I dropped off the vehicle I got an initial update after the first day stating they tore down the vehicle and found additional damage. That was great and I appreciated the update. After that there were no more updates via the text app letting me know the progress. I did receive a call about inconsistency with my insurance provider and getting approval. I realize there are a lot of moving parts with these projects but I was hoping for a little better communication. If I knew there was an issue right away I could have contacted my insurance to help expedite the process. I’m not upset, but I feel this is constructive feedback for your end of customer relations.

The gap spacing & paint were issues with the aftermarket bumper cover. New OEM cover was installed & repaired is perfect!
