Your service is great. This is the second time we use Your collision center. As usual your customer service was great. I went by your center on Jackson Keller on the morning of November 6th. Our vehicle had been seriously vandalized in our driveway in the middle of the night. This included the glass on the hatch of our SUV. My concern was was the rain that was already taking place and the large storm that was about to happen. Your employee, Victor Alaniz took our vehicle and did the paperwork for the repairs even though your shop had not yet opened for customers. He also took our vehicle and moved it out of the rain so it would not get damaged when the major storm arrived. He kept us informed of the progress. When we picked up the vehicle,one of the tires was low. He personally took it to the shop and put air in it. With employees like this we will always do business with Red McColms. Drove in on morning of Nov. with serious damage due to vandalism. Your center was not yet opened but there was a serious storm starting. Victor Alaniz dropped what he was working on and processed vehicle in.He then moved vehicle to covered area because the window on hatch had been smashed. When we picked up vehicle after repairs,one tire was low on air. He took the vehicle to the repair area and inflated the tire to the correct air pressure. Thank you for employees like this gentleman.

This is the second time dealing with Victor and he ensures the quality being put out to his customers exceeds their expectations, if not he makes it right.
