Unfortunately, I've had to use Red McComb's Collision twice. I had such a good experience with my rep (Tina) the first time, that when I got hit the second time I requested my car be repaired by McComb's again. I was so much less satisfied with the second guy -- lack of follow-through (calling me back when he said he would, keeping me updated on timing of repairs, etc) were poor. I felt like I was chasing the information. Frustrating and so different than the first time. Absolutely no incentive to request McComb's should there be a next round.

The wire to my blinker was not reconnected leading me to believe I needed to replace it. In fact it was someone who did not bother to check if everything was reconnected.

It would have be higher if I was sitting around for 30 minutes to drop off my car only to find out i had to get my rental car first. So i had wait another 30 minutes waiting to get rental car. A full hour wasted because of the lack of communication.
