The first thing I received when I walked through regal's door was hello with a smile May I help you? And then they introduced themselves by name And said have a seat. After I sat down and start explaining my problem about my car once again with a smile they said. Don't worry, we're here to help you. They start explaining to me step by step what they were going to do with my car and the main thing was said to me. Don't worry we got this. We're going to take care of you and if we run into any type of problem that you have not already explained to us, we will give you a call and we'll take care of that as well. I walked out that door feeling like I had never received that kind of service from customer service in my life. They made me feel like they really cared about me and my problem. It wasn't all about the money. It was about me and that they would take away the worries that I had when I walked through their door.
