They did a good job and got it done quickly for me. I am from Arizona and was going home on Saturday morning. I had an accident on Friday night. I was stuck in town, until the car was fixed. It meant extra time in a hotel. They understood this and promised to make the repairs as quickly as possible. I took the car in Monday morning and they had it ready on Friday afternoon.

They worked with me to get back on the road as soon as possible. Everyday I was delayed was costing me over $150 for hotel plus rental car expenses. They understood this and made sure that the repairs were quick

Great people for estimate and process for repairs. Only problem I have is a tonneau cover was removed and a dent was on the bottom side of cover. Does not affect integrity and is not visable except underneath. Their is also signs of scuffing of bottom of cover on something red. No biggie. Maybe more care is required for other projects to protect customers products. Next customer could say I won't accept the dent, I want a new cover. Seems unreasonable to me.

This is my second repair at Regal. The work was so good that I went back. There is a collision repair shop within one mile of my job but I drive 15 miles just to have Regal fix my vehicle. Regal is that good!
