kinda in the middle. the repair was done great and car looks good. communication and setting/adjusting expectations was severely lacking

after i picked up my car i noticed some tape was left under the bumper. i brought it back a couple days later and the tech came out and addressed it immediately. when i had to communicate with the shop they were always friendly but i had to make contact for updates.

My check engine light came on as soon as I pulled out. When I took it back initially all they would do is clear the light. Doug from the service department took initiative and put it on a machine to make sure it was roadworthy.
