They handled everything for me so I didn’t have to stress or worry, which made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with. They stayed on schedule with my car, kept me updated, and answered every question I had along the way. I never once felt like I was bothering them, even though I probably asked a lot! I had an amazing experience with reliable collision repair. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! You could tell they really want to help the customers through the process. I had never gone through the claim process before so wasn’t quite sure what I was doing. They made it extremely easy. Once I submitted a claim and gave them a claim number, they were the ones who communicated with the insurance company to make sure I got the most out of my policy without a hassle. They provided updates on the progress of my vehicles repair and got me a rental that fit within my policy.
