Was so helpful from start to finish, she is very knowledgeable with all the insurance procedures etc. when the job was completed I had a couple of specific questions and I was able to speak directly to Randy who was super helpful, honest and reassuring… The shop did a real nice job on my truck. From the moment I called to inquire what were my first steps, I was guided by one employee who took care of every step of the process. I was immediately given a high quality rental car, kept up to date with my repair’s status through convenient text messages, received timely phone calls when the repair shop felt necessary, and answered all my questions along the way. My car’s appearance was returned to me as if the collision did not even happen. The professionalism and high quality of service and repair as well as the friendliness allows me to give this repair five stars. I am completely satisfied.
