Third time I’ve used reliable for different vehicles. All three repairs have been perfect. The only thing is that I wish that you offered an insurance policy on your rentals. Had someone hit and run my rental and have to pay cash to avoid having my premium go up. Would have gladly paid for a rental car insurance plan but it wasn’t given as an option.

I was recovering from a major surgery and later hospitalized again for an emergency procedure, yet Nicole made sure I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She coordinated everything seamlessly, kept me informed, and treated me with such kindness and understanding during a very difficult time. Used reliable for the second time after being rear-ended. Staff is amazing and very welcoming. I even had a mishap in the weather resulting in damage to my rental car, I notified staff immediately and they were very kind and compassionate while I was anxious. From the moment I walked into Reliable Collision I felt comfortable. While I was waiting I watched a short video of the repair process and it really opened my eyes to that process and how the insurance company can delay the whole procedure. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. The loaner was a brand new Toyota that was great to drive. I was constantly kept up to date with texts and my truck was done early. When I picked it up the repairs were done perfectly, and the truck was detailed in and out. Completely satisfied! Will return again if in another accident.
