Repairs not completed the first attempt. Had to return to demonstrate the problem. New parts ordered and we were told our vehicle was a priority but now that the parts are in, we are told that we have to wait our turn = 10 additional days. This is a good shop that does good work but it needs to get its communications/customer care on the same page.

Renew was able to get us in and taken care of very quickly. We were on a time crunch and they met that deadline, which was exceptional. The process with the other party’s insurance and using Renew was very easy. Both the insurance and Renew gave updates via text which helped me gauge the process and expectations on a final deadline. The repairs look great, and it was stated they would honor the quality/repairs as long as we owned the vehicle, which is superior commitment.
